Pricing Questions, Answered
Why are your prices lower than Calgary agencies?
No overhead. There's no office, no project manager, no salesperson, no account handler — just the developer building your site. Agencies typically have 5–10 people billed against every project. We don't. You get the same quality code at a fraction of the cost.
What's the payment schedule?
50% deposit to start the project, 50% on launch. We accept e-transfer, credit card (Stripe), and direct bank transfer. For Custom builds over $10K, we can split into three milestone payments.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The quote you accept is the final number. The only ongoing cost is hosting (~$15–$30/month, you can pay directly or via our Care Plan) and your domain (~$20/year). We don't add markups on those.
What if I need changes after launch?
Every package includes free post-launch support: 30 days on Starter, 60 days on Professional, 90 days on Custom. After that, you can either pay hourly ($85/hr) for one-off changes or sign up for the Care Plan ($149/month) which includes 1 hour of edits monthly plus all hosting/security.
Do you offer monthly payment plans?
For Custom builds, yes — we can split the project cost over 3–6 monthly milestone payments. For Starter and Professional packages, the 50/50 split typically makes financing unnecessary.
Who owns the website after it's built?
You do. Domain in your name, hosting in your account, full source code delivered. You can host it anywhere and hire anyone to work on it after launch. No lock-in, no licensing.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If we deliver the work as scoped and you're not satisfied — and we can't fix it — we refund the unused portion of the deposit. We've never had to. Every quote starts with a clear scope so there are no surprises.
