How soon can you start?
Most projects kick off within 1–2 weeks of you signing off on the quote. If you have a hard deadline (event, season, launch date), let us know up front — we'll be honest about whether it's possible.
I don't know what I need. Should I still reach out?
Absolutely. Most of our Calgary clients come in saying "I need a website but I'm not sure what kind." That's exactly what the free call is for — figuring it out together. No commitment.
Do you work in person or only remotely?
Both. We're Calgary-based, so we can meet in person for kickoffs and key milestones if you're in the YYC area. Most of the actual build work happens remotely via shared docs, video calls, and async updates.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — happy to sign a mutual NDA before any project discussion. Send us yours, or we can use a standard mutual template.
